"I met Roger in October 2007 while I was in Bucerias to purchase my first home in Mexico. My first impression of Roger is that he is an honest and open person that was able to answer all of my questions. One of the great things about Roger, is that he will be honest with you and if he doesn't have the information that you requested, he will find out and follow up with you.
This deal was quite foreign to me as I was dealing with other sales people, Americans, Canadians, Mexicans, in Mexico, who would tell you what you wanted to hear instead of researching it and telling you the truth.
As most of us know, buying a home away from home can be a scary purchase. Add in the language barrier, and different customs, and cultures, it can be overwhelming.

There have been some issues, like any new construction here in Canada or the USA, but nothing we couldn't handle with the help of Roger. There were some small construction problems, but all are redone and we are moving in. With Roger being by your side, you can't go wrong.
The number one thing that I can say, is that having a mature man like Roger not only living and working in Bucerias Mexico, and speaking Spanish, he is your number one asset, while purchasing in Mexico.
